Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to collect and analysis of business requirements of the credit card core system and related peripheral systems, sorting out business processes, and providing solutions;
2. Responsible for product prototype and functional design based on business analysis results;
3. Responsible for connecting with internal product R&D personnel, relevant customer personnel and project delivery support, including but not limited to program planning, analysis and system design, progress control, system testing, online support, etc.;
4. Responsible for writing relevant product design, analysis and detailed design documents;
5. Obtain feedback from different users in the process of using the system in time, promote product optimization and improvement, and improve user experience.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer related professional background is preferred;
2. Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of experience;
3. Possess basic knowledge in credit card business requirement analysis and writing, or consumer credit related business demand analysis and product design experience;
4. Have strong logical thinking ability, communication ability and written expression ability, can quickly understand business requirements and form relevant documents;
5. Proficient in using demand research auxiliary tools, such as Visio, PPT, Axure, XMind, etc.;
6. Quick learning, good sense of responsibility and pressure resistance.
