Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU-FICA Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and developing SAP-based financial management solutions tailored for the Utilities industry. In this role, you will focus on Financial Contract Accounting (FICA) for customer financial management, overseeing billing, invoicing, and payment processing functionalities. Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop SAP Solutions: Lead the design and development of SAP-based solutions focusing on billing, invoicing, and payment processing for financial management in the Utilities sector.
Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage team decisions, and provide solutions for both immediate team issues and broader cross-team challenges.
Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of financial management systems with other IT components to drive operational excellence.
System Optimization: Conduct comprehensive system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the highest performance of the financial management solutions.
Requirements Analysis & Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to define and analyze business requirements for SAP FICA, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
Expert Proficiency in SAP ISU-FICA: Demonstrated mastery in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FICA).
Experience in Application Design: Strong background in designing and developing SAP financial solutions.
Requirements Analysis & Definition: Advanced skills in analyzing and defining business requirements for financial systems.
Experience in system testing and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
Proven ability to collaborate and lead teams effectively.
Must have BRF+ and BRIM
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Utilities sector or with SAP for Utilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing large-scale SAP projects.
