Job Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
Manage the planning, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns across all platforms within HOST’s portfolio, including event marketing, cross-functional responsibilities, engagement, content marketing, and social media amplification.
2. Marketing Plans:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for 1-HOST, encompassing all 9 venues under 1-Group, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate with the larger marketing team to plan and execute activations and promotional strategies that align with the company's objectives.
3. Cross-functional Collaborations
Collaborate and support cross-functional marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation of effective marketing strategies for key areas such as annual wedding showcases, event photoshoots, and social media postings.
4. Digital Marketing:
Oversee the development, management, and execution of 1-HOST’digital presence, including website maintenance, social media, Meta ads, budgeting, and email marketing. Create engaging content that supports both HOST’s brand and the respective outlet’s brand identity, and review SEM campaigns to drive impressions and conversions.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track, monitor, and analyse key performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and campaign results. Using key performance metrics to measure the impact of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
6. Creative Content Production
Lead the execution of content materials and creative briefs (e.g. IG Stories, reels, short videos) that resonate with the target audience. Visual assets should be persuasive, value-adding, and impactful to drive action. Adherence to schedules and attention to brand guidelines are key.
7. Brand Management:
Actively manage and maintain HOST’s brand identity on digital platforms such as Google and Facebook to maximize community engagement and brand exposure.
8. Market Research:
Be the subject matter of the brand. Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Utilise market research to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
9. Collateral Development:
Ability to create digital kits and creative briefs for external vendors to create compelling marketing collaterals to effectively persuade and communicate the outlet’s value proposition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in events marketing, with a successful track record of developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the wedding and lifestyle industry, market trends, and customer behaviour.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools. Graphic design or experience with Canva is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and make data-backed decisions.
