- Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times. Identify problems and recommend areas for improvement.
- Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects.
- Coordinate closely with QS team.
- Work closely with contractor, sub-contractor and building management.
- Handle handovers upoon projects completions and follow up with Clients thereafter.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Degree/Master in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction or Project Management with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
Experience in local construction industry
Able to work independently with responsibility and minimal oversight to meet tight deadline
