Responsibilities:
- Assess and review existing architectural designs, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure project completion aligns with contract requirements.
- Manage architectural scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and analyze variances to initiate corrective actions.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for engineering and technical work.
- Conduct technical meetings and maintain close collaboration with consultants.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Monitor the quality and progress of all project disciplines, ensuring production requirements are met.
- Facilitate the recruitment, placement, and evaluation of architectural or engineering project staff.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by the BOA or an equivalent authority.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant project/site experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in MRT/LTA projects is preferred.
