ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Job Description

· Handle Account Receivable and Payable

· Prepare Supplier Payment and staff reimbursement

· Reconciliation with suppliers and customers

· Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedule

· Planning Cashflow

· Month-End Closing

· Journal Entries

· Handle Petty Cash

· Fixed Assets register and prepare depreciation

· GST submission


Requirement

  • Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
  • Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
  • A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of Autocount software is an added advantage
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
  • Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)
