☑ Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and more.
- Manages company policies and labor laws.
- In-charge of training and development programs for employees.
- Organize activities and initiatives to promote employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Handle various HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource
- Familiar with Employment Act
- Preferred to have working experience in Construction Industry
