Job Description
- Manage full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate statutory filings (IR21, IR8A, CPF, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and MOM regulations.
- Support training, development initiatives, and talent retention strategies.
- Manage office administration and vendor relationships.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with audits when required.
