Job Description & Requirements
•Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation
•Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL
•Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim and others
•Submission of Tax clearance
•Update and maintain Personnel data file
•Prepare Employment Contract
•WICA Insurance Claim
•Take care of Dormitory & Catering arrangement for workers
•Arrangement of Skilled Course enrollment for Workers
•Co-ordinate with Supervisor & prepare schedule for daily workers allocation at site
•Planning of company's annual event
•Provide support in administrative tasks
•FWMI & WICA Renewal
•Submission of Government Claims such as maternity leave, childcare leave etc...
•Handling of Government Grant applications such as Career Support Programme, Worklife Grant etc...
•Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
