· Manage and oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors in tender preparation, submission, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Review cost assumptions for new projects.
· Attend to all relevant contract administration and documentation for projects
· Prepare tender submission and post tender measurement, handle monthly progress claim
· Prepare, compile and issue sub-contractors’ documents
· Cost analysis and estimation or budget cost for projects
· Liaise with suppliers for quotations
· Able to analyse tender pricing and to prepare building work tender
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
· Minimum 10 Years of relevant working experience as Contract Manager in the Building Construction industry
