Account Assistant
Responsibilites :
- Handle all AR (Accounts Receivable) activities among entities
- Follow up with outstanding payments
- Prepare invoices, Sales Order & Purchase Order
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation and regular reports submission
- Monthly budget & forecast on purchase items
- Monitor monthly cash flow
- Assistant to Accounts Supervisor
- Adhoc admin duties as per assigned
Requirements :
- 1-2 years experience in accounting, admin, environment
- "O"/"A"/Nitec in office skills or business related disciplines
- New entry without experience who possess the drive to excel are welcome
- Good communication skill and full of initiative in work assigned
- Good team contributor, multi-tasker, hardworking, independent under minimum supervision
- Computer literate in MS Office, Google Outlook, etc...
- Bilingual in verbal languages to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders in view of business communications
- Comfortable to work in SME environment
