Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead a cross-functional team in developing and maintaining high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade web applications for treasury services. You will work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product roadmap, manage Agile ceremonies, and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team (developers, testers, BAs, SRE engineers) to deliver high-quality software products on time.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize the backlog and align team efforts with the product vision.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and software development best practices, including CI/CD and TDD.
- Identify and resolve team bottlenecks, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (Project Managers, Business Users, Support, Vendors) for production rollouts and issue investigation.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote open communication and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience with a degree in Computer Science/IT or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Team Manager in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with software development best practices (CI/CD, TDD, pair programming).
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
