Salt is looking to hire a Strategic Partner Manager for one of the social media clients in Singapore for 12 months & extendable contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and activating potential opportunities in the Japanese market, providing business development support in strategic planning, creating presentations, and meeting with Japanese partners to drive content.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and activate potential opportunities in the Japanese market
- Provide business development support in strategic planning, creating presentations, and meeting with Japanese partners to drive entertainment content
- Represent contents partnership in external meetings with executives from external partners
- Track, analyze, and communicate to develop and execute against partnership goals
- Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams, including Product, Marketing, Legal, Policy team, and Operations to advocate for partner needs
Skills:
- Proven track record in prospecting, securing leads and developing new relationships
- Strong understanding of IPs and Entertainment landscape in Japan market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Japanese
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders internationally
- 5+ years experience in a partnerships role in the entertainment/tech industry
- Japanese language is preferred as the candidate would be liasing with local stakeholders in identifying and generating opportunities.
