Roles and Resposibility:
- To manage and oversee the site safety during different phases from set up Event.
- Provide workplace safety and fire safety advice and oversee the fire and safety aspect
- Work closely with the Authority to plan a framework/proposal that can be implemented to meet the event’s needs while keeping in compliance with the regulatory requirement imposed
- Manage and monitor the workplace safety and fire safety for events, and working closely with the appointed contractors to ensure that all tasks are completed according to all regulations.
- Conduct daily site recces and inspections with relevant personnel/contractor as part of work monitoring. To document the daily monitoring and mitigation measures taken after observations where applicable;
- Work with the appointed Technical Team and Site Manager to manage, consolidate and check through the submission (including Risk Assessments) by the appointed contractors and advise on any changes required to meet all agencies regulatory requirements and to ensure all technical drawings are endorsed by the correct authority with necessary permits obtained;
- Create documents which are related to workplace safety and health (WSH proposal and risk assessment) and fire safety requirement for various permits submissions when required by the Authority;
- Provide necessary assistance regarding workplace safety and fire safety issues
- Work as a Team with Site Manager.
Requirement:
- Able to commit from Mid Nov till Feb for 4 months)
- Hold FSM Certification with 3 Years Experiences
- Prossess Class 3 License
- Hold WSHO license with 3 yrs expereince
- Min 2 years Min experiences in WSH Manager
- Preferably expereince in Event setting
- Singaporean / PR only
Working Hours:
- 5 days Work week (Must work on Weekends)
