Job description:
- Dealing with clients on incoming queries, ensuring timely and effective
- Execution of customer orders, handling stock allocation, processing of delivery orders and invoices.
- Keeping record for import & export documents (Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit Shipments)
- Receiving claims from clients and provide reception duties for incomings calls
- Dealing with forwarders to arrange pickup, fumigation, perform bookings and advise shipment details to customers
- Experience in import & export and customer services for manufacturing industry
