Responsibilities:
- Implement the delivery and service business strategy of the company and regional enterprises, formulate business plans and strategies within the representative office, and be responsible for achieving the strategic goals of the representative office's enterprise delivery and service
- Responsible for the business objectives and market success of the representative office’s delivery and service business, responsible for the customer satisfaction of the company’s delivery and service business, and ensuring the continuous development of the service business in the representative office
- Be able to adapt to the NA key customer service strategy, build a key customer service team, standardize standard actions, and be responsible for key customer satisfaction
- Guarantee the delivery of major projects, implement major network management, and be responsible for the successful delivery of representative office projects and customer network security
- Match and formulate key customer service strategies for representative offices, build representative office service teams and capabilities for excellence/strategy/core (white list) NA, and be responsible for achieving key customer-related goals (service, operation, full customer, etc.)
- Adapt the enterprise service partner enabling strategy, formulate and implement the representative office service partner enabling plan, and achieve the partner enabling goal
- Implement the adaptation and operation of service processes, platforms and IT tools locally
- Match the service needs of the representative office enterprise, cooperate with the relevant departments of the representative office, and build a team of organizations, cadres and experts in this field
Requirements:
- At least master degree in computer science/engineering/telecommunication or other related majors
- Minimum 10 years of working experience for service project delivery or maintenance project delivery in enterprise industry
- Minimum 10 years of project management experiences and ensure customer satisfaction
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in dynamic team management
- To keep abreast of emerging technologies, standards and management methods and to provide advice and guidance on ICT matters to the Management
- Preferable with pre-sales experiences & 5G knowledges
- Knowledge of project management and maintenance service delivery
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven ability of project delivery
- Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new products/technologies
- Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China
