Assist the Senior Manager to carry out the following:
- All aspects of Facilities Management
- Leadership to Outsourced services inclusive of EFM and other outsourced service providers.
- Ensure all Electrical and Water Supply system operate with no disruptions
- Oversee and maintain an effective Work Health and Safety regime
- Planning for Infrastructure Renewal
- Ensure timely PR and PO award and timely payment to vendor
- Maintain oversight of our Opex.
Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management with at least 3 years’ experience .
- Prior working experience in Town Council, HDB , JTC or URA will be an advantage
- Conversant with general statutory requirements from NEA, PUB , SCDF will be an advantage.
