Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate repair and upgrading work to maintain equipment and production quality.
- Plan and assign manpower effectively to meet production schedules.
- Monitor workforce performance and adjust assignments as necessary.
- Prepare monthly production reports, detailing outputs, efficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and suggest operational enhancements.
- Attend production meetings to discuss schedules, challenges, and improvements.
- Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and address any concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in production planning.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Process / Manufacturing or equivalent
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
