Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for administrative and procurement functions
· Liaising with customer on scheduling of Air Con Servicing
· Perform data entry and update servicing report.
· Maintain office equipment and supplies
· Sourcing for suppliers and parts
· Co-ordinate with the operations team for purchase requisition
· Inventory and bookkeeping
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· Min. 2 years of experience in administrator work.
· Min. N Level.
· Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
· A team player and possess problem-solving, coordination skills.
