We are looking for AM/M/SM for Talent Acquisition to join one of the local tertiary institutions. The individual will also be supporting the Talent Acquisition Team to strengthen employer brand through recruitment events.
Job Details:
- Salary: Up to $7,000
- Duration: 6-months
- Working Hours: Office Hours
JOB SCOPES:
- Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers
- Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence
- Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any related discipline.
- Previous work in Human Resource will be preferred.
