Showroom Customer Service Representative
- Industry: Interior Design (Luxury Brand)
- Remuneration: Up to $4000 - Depending on experience
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 9am – 6pm
- Location: Redhill MRT / Orchard Boulevard MRT
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain an inviting atmosphere, ensuring the space reflects the company’s brand and product aesthetics.
- Assist with visual merchandising to showcase products effectively.
- Welcome and greet all guests upon arrival at the showroom, offering a warm, professional, and personalized service.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate client appointments, ensuring that the calendar is well-organized, and appointments are attended to promptly.
- Follow up on customer inquiries (via phone, email, or in-person) to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining sales reports, and processing invoices
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” Levels
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Administrative or Showroom Management ideally in the interior design or home décor industry will be advantageous
- Knowledge in MS Office will be preferred
