Descriptions
- Responsible for all AR & AP functions including postings of all online platforms sales and reconciliation, all cash sales posting and reconciliation
- Assist in all finance and accounting functions including AP, General Ledger (GL), cash management, operating budgeting, auditing and financial reporting
- Check, verify, record invoices for proper account code and authorization
- Responsible for preparation of month end management Profit and Loss review and slides
- Responsible for writing meeting minutes
- Liaise with external auditors on year-end audits and preperation of statutory reports
- Liaise with corporate secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirments
- Responsible for quaterly GST submission
- Assist in full spectrum of Human Resource Functions in terms of recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training, learning & development and payroll management
- Assist in drafting of job description and employment contract and ensuring accordance to MOM framework as well as company requirements
- Assist in consistent application of disciplinary actions and compliance to company policies
- Assist in analyze cost projections and implement labor cost controls across all departments
- Assist in work pass application, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers
- Assist in company's yearly insurance renewal
- Assist in manage work injury and hospitalization claims
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working as Finance and/or HR preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ready to step of their comfort zone to take on new challenges and grow with the company
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills
- Singaporean/PR only
