- Supervise the team to establish an industrial database and update basic data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Be responsible for the team to conduct variety research and analysis, write regular reports, and organize weekly work meetings.
- Actively expand spot business channels and be responsible for the spot and futures business of related varieties.
- Output independent research viewpoints, formulate derivative hedging and investment strategies, and manage derivative investment portfolios.
- Have rich investment experience in agricultural product futures varieties such as cotton and rubber.
- Be familiar with the Chinese market environment and be able to communicate proficiently in Mandarin.
- A post - graduate degree or above.
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and learning ability.
- Be proactive in work and self-motivated, have a team spirit and good professionalism.
