- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and make appointment for customers.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines.
- Professional attitude and neat appearance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills, friendly with positive mindset.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on weekends.
