This is a permanent role within our Middle Office team, primarily focusing on database maintenance, preparation of periodic client reports, regulatory reporting and addressing ad-hoc queries.
Responsibilities
As a team member of the Middle Office team, his/her key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following
- Prepare periodic reports for various stakeholders (including regulatory surveys)
- Maintain accounts and mandate database
- Communicate changes in reporting requirements to vendor
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in current work processes
- Handle adhoc requests
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with minimum o3 years working experience, of which some time had preferably been invested in the investment management reporting and/or client reporting space. Additional investment performance experience will be an advantage.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools (eg. Excel, Power BI and Python)
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with attention to details
- Independent self-starter who takes initiative to improve existing process
- Highly self-motivated and positive
