What you'll be doing
- Performing scheduled maintenance and servicing on commercial chiller systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing any technical issues with chiller equipment
- Repairing and replacing faulty components in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and equipment performance
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their complete satisfaction
- Collaborating with the broader team to implement new technologies and improve processes
What we're looking for
- Relevant technical qualifications in air conditioning, refrigeration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience servicing and maintaining commercial chiller systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients effectively
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous learning
