Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee core HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and welfare administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
- Assist with government-funded claims and group insurance submissions
- Provide support for events, such as career fairs and long service award ceremonies
- Prepare HR reports and manage other administrative tasks as required
Skills & Competencies:
- Independent, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with good presentation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Education & Experience:
- Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
