- We are seeking a talented Senior Design Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives for our thermal cooling solutions in the electronics and computing sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Monitoring & Yield Optimization: Implement advanced monitoring systems to enhance product quality and yield; identify areas for improvement and lead optimization initiatives.
- Abnormal Quality Management: Address abnormal quality issues in manufacturing processes and collaborate on solutions and preventive measures.
- Process & Quality Control Enhancement: Strengthen internal quality controls and improve process capabilities to maximize operational efficiency.
- Customer Quality Assurance: Lead corrective actions on customer-reported issues and communicate preventive solutions to stakeholders.
- Inspection Process Optimization: Streamline quality inspection planning, incorporating automation and advanced technologies.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure effective communication and coordination with design, production, and other teams to maintain quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage task assignments and performance of the quality team, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years in quality engineering, particularly in manufacturing and design quality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
- Six Sigma certification or similar is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work abroad in China and Vietnam for a minimum of 10 months per year (includes four round-trip tickets to Singapore annually and separate arrangements for living accommodations).
