Responsibilities:
· Using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
· Assist with daily recruitment matters, Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications,
· Carry out screening, qualifying, shortlisting of potential candidates in accordance of employment requirements
· Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
· Conducting background verifications, reference checks in preparation of potential employment opportunities
· Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
· Assisting in onboarding exercise for new employees
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 2 years of IT industry recruiting experience preferred
· Ability to communicate both English and Chinese effectively, to communicate with Chinese and Overseas counterparts.
· Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
· Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
