Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) which includes Investor Capital relationship management, Investors database, and capital raising process and methodology of the Company, including but not limited to assisting client on boarding, assisting in the investors KYC/AML requirements, and regulatory clearances and relevant KYC/AML monitoring for the investors.
- Investor/client relationship management including but not limited to handing investors related queries and reporting (Client and Internal teams to resolve any client queries)
- Ensure any client impacting regulatory changes and business changes is communicated to the clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Takes initiative in identifying and driving opportunities to streamline/enhance team efficiency
- Communicate significant client issues internally and document/escalate as appropriate
- Provide support for consistent delivery of top-quality services to achieve the overall business objective of revenue growth for the firm
- Identifies means to reduce transaction defects (internal and external)
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Firmus, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Provides innovative solutions to internal teams & clients. Ensures a strong and robust processing environment with effective controls.
- Determines new work procedures, analyzes complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact
- Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of targets/deliverables.
- Assist the company and team in the development of the Company’s investor base, capital raising the Company’s investment funds including and not limited to co-investments, segregated accounts, discretionary and non-discretionary investment mandates, and External Asset Management (EAM) business including multi-family office setup
Requirements:
- Good understanding of the Real Estate industry, Corporate Strategy essentials and Investment principles
- Excellent command of Excel, Power Point and Word
- A detail-oriented, analytical and methodical approach
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, in conjunction with developed soft skills
- Self-motivated, with high level of energy, independence, initiative, responsibility, and accountability
