Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Prof Ariando with the main responsibility to develop novel material systems, produce thin-films and devices, and perform studies on various physical properties on the developed material systems using techniques such as quantum transport measurements at ambient and extreme conditions.
Qualifications
Qualifications / Discipline: PhD in Physics/Electrical Engineering/Materials Science
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge and technical skill in thin film processes. Experience in using laser ablation and sputtering techniques is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate knowledge and technical skill in device fabrication and characterization processes in clean-room environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and technical skill in low temperature quantum transport measurements under various extreme external biases including but not limited to magnetic field, electric field, and pressure.
