Our client is Fashion brand established in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Marketing Manager , in hopes of developing the current high performing Marketing team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.
Duties of Marketing Manager:
- Identify and engage influencers (nano, micro, macro) and content creators to align with company goals and projects.
- Maintain and grow relationships with influencers through ongoing communication and outreach, expanding into new demographics.
- Strengthen partnerships with talent via mailings, gifting, and brand initiatives.
- Work with teams to exceed targets in revenue, engagement, and follower growth.
- Manage influencer marketing budget and forecast, optimizing strategies based on business needs.
- Track and analyze the success of social media campaigns using KPIs.
- Develop and manage an influencer calendar for all social channels.
- Stay updated on trends in social media, influencer marketing, and emerging platforms.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in relevant discipline
- Min 1 - 2 years of experience in handling social media platform, highly prefer for Fashion Retail Industry
- Possess a rich network of KOL/ Influencer for branding purpose
