SAP Project Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, including supporting business process analysis, data migration, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline creation, and risk management strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members. Facilitate open communication and address concerns promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives within budget and on schedule. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Change Management: Anticipate and manage organizational change associated with SAP S/4HANA implementations. Develop and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address quality issues.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to keep all parties informed.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 9-11 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred, SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Controlling, Logistics, and Human Resources. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or Hybrid deployments is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
