Overview:
We are a well-established, publicly listed recruitment company based in Singapore. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced leader to head our recruitment services division. The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the permanent and/or executive search landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for permanent and/or executive search hiring that aligns with company goals and market demands.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the recruitment space to enhance service offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Identify and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with key clients by understanding their hiring needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
- Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection to attract top talent.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and adjust offerings as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment service business, with at least 4 years in leadership roles focused on permanent hiring.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
