Purchasing & General Affairs Coordinator

Ccd (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the procurement including sourcing, evaluation, and procurement of Chemical related Materials
  • Handle the PO processing of internal & external requisition
  • Update and maintain purchase order file and suppliers’ documentation
  • Responsible for goods to be received on time.
  • Ensuring stock availability and placing timely orders as and when required.
  • Prepare contract agreements
  • Ensuring that POs are all approved and proper signatures are obtained
  • ISO documentation update
  • Able to perform ad-hoc General Affairs duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma level or relevant Chemical qualifications
  • 1 years relevant working experience with chemical background is preferred
