Our client, a local bank is looking for business analyst to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Customer Experience/Business Unit team to conduct customer focus group and interview
- Map customer journey, collect client feedbacks/Voice of the customer and redesign the customer journey
- Validate business objective and align with customer experience
- Lead and manage issues, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills & customer orientation
- Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 5years of experience in financial services or consulting industry, a creative problem solver, and process driver
- Good working experience in planning and managing a program/project plan with multiple deliverables, owners and timelines
- Strong communications skills in both verbal and written, and manage a wide range of stakeholders and competing priorities
- Works well independently and as a team, adaptable and possess problem solving skills
- Excellent working knowledge in Excel (data crunching which involves vlookup, pivot table, etc.), PowerPoint and able to write well and design presentation and communication materials
- Proficient in JIRA, able in writing user story on business requirements, work with tech on user story grooming from banking industry will be preferred.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before on system/app enhancement release.
- Corporate internet banking app knowledge is a plus point
