Overview:
The appointed officer will be assigned to the front desk, being the first point of contact of all visitors, students, staff and parents, ensuring the smooth operations in the school.
Job Scope:
- Provide assistance to students at sick bay.
- Assist with data entry, filing, or any other administrative support tasks.
- Assist with daily office operations such as checking on deliveries, liasing with teachers on parents’ queries, following up on student absenteeism and other simple administration tasks such as photocopying and laminating.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MSOffice Applications and use of IT systems. (To be specified in CV)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or administration work.
- Display initiativeness and be resourceful to handle challenging situations.
- Preferably possess valid First-aid certification and worked in school-related environment.
Specifications:
- Working hours: 42hrs per week, earliest starting time from 7am*.
