Job Description
➤Export Sales and Trading of wood related products
➤To Develop new market and managing existing customers
➤To Develop new supplier and managing existing suppliers
➤Prepare Sales Contract and Purchase order
➤Ensure compliance to legal requirements for exports and internal policies, and export procedures.
➤Monitor export sales transactions and review all customer responses for sales orders and payments.
➤Present recommendations for problem solving and continuous improvement
➤Resolve customer issues for export processes and procedures, collaborate with customers to ensure smooth functioning of our export processes and requirements.
➤Execute and grow business on strategy and plan set by Manager
➤Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
➤Collaborate with sales teams to improve and leverage relationships/opportunities
➤Provide and update reports to Sales Management as required
➤Conduct business trips to expand their businesses
Job Requirement
➤3 years of experience in commodity sales is a plus
➤Willingness and flexibility to attend weekend and night events
➤Willing to travel overseas
➤Meet volume & profit targets set by leadership and provide insight to margin management department
➤Knowledge of International shipping is a plus
➤In-depth sales experience, preferably with medium and large clients
➤Well organized, industrious, creative and self-sufficient
➤Requires good teaming and negotiation skills
➤Knowledge and understanding of incoterms.
