Responsibilities
- Administer Servers and Networks to ensure reliability and performance at all times
- Enhance Office365 Security by implementing and maintaining ATP, DLP and other security features
- Monitor email security, address and any security threats in a timely manner
- Maintain backup system by monitoring and implementing backup solutions for critical systems and data regularly
- Implement and maintain IT security measures for systems and networks and address security incidents with latest security trends and implementing best practices
- Plan, execute and manage system network replacement and upgrade projects cross-functional teams within budget
- Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner and ensure root cause analysis is conducted for all critical issues
- Monitor and enforce mobile device policies and configurations for company-owned and personal devices via MDM Intune
- Install and configure the Intune solution and integrates it with existing security systems and workflows and to provide necessary technical support
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of servers, networks and other IT infrastructure
- Ensure that all IT processes and procedures are documented and updated regularly
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/IT with a minimum 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in system design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft Windows technologies: Windows Servers 2012 and above, Active Directory, Exchange Online/2010-2019
- Strong proficiency in managing Microsoft 365, including Enterprise Mobility & Security services such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, MDM, AIP, Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender, and DLP
- Experience in identity management and SSO administration (Microsoft Active Directory, Azure SSO, Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies).
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix
- Hands-on experience with backup and recovery systems, particularly Veeam
- Good experience managing and troubleshooting firewalls and network technologies (e.g., switching, routing, VPNs)
- Familiar with network monitoring systems and security incident management
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Strong knowledge of defending against cyberattacks, malicious hacking activities, and security best practices
- Working experience with Remote Desktop Services and hybrid cloud environments
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in documentation, system configuration, and security settings
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge of leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to automate repetitive administrative tasks, improve system monitoring, or enhance user support
- Research and integrate emerging AI and automation technologies to streamline operations and improve productivity
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, ITIL or CCNA.
