- Conduct research to identify new market and customers need
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
- Promote the company's products/ services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Arranging business development meetinga with prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
- Manage and update client's data daily
- Ensure client's satisfaction by delivering quality services
Requirements and skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Emboldened by challenges
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain point and suggesting suitable products or services
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS office
