Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

This person will work closely with the Alumni team and Program Managers (PMs) on matters related but not limited to:

  • Take charge of NUS Enterprise Academy's (EA) marketing campaigns, events and coordinate the marketing activities (internal and external) to ensure its success
  • Promote EA programmes to NUS students from various faculties as well as outreach to Junior Colleges, Polytechnics and etc.
  • Develop and implement student recruitment campaigns across various platforms, online and offline, digital media and etc.
  • Produce quality content with various stakeholders including students, faculty and start-up leaders and alumni in the community
  • Manage and increase social media presence
  • Inject fresh initiatives to increase awareness of the programme
  • Periodically design and web maintenance projects such as design of e-flyers and etc.
  • Work with vendors and agencies to produce collaterals and contents

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Recognised University Degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields with at least 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in an educational institute
  • Experience in working with a range of content mediums such as video, photography, social media, long-form articles, back-end SEO analytics, etc.
  • Well organized with good monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines.
  • Outgoing personality who enjoys meeting and interacting with people at all ages.
  • Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment and a good team player
  • Good interpersonal, communication and project management skills
  • Good grasp of written and spoken English
  • Mature disposition to manage internal and external stakeholders confidently
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and savvy with web applications and software etc. Willing to learn new applications and software.
