Our client is from Construction Industry. They are looking for a BIM Manager to assist their Engineer team for the next phrase of their business. They are located Islandwide of Singapore– easily accessible. The BIM Manager is responsible for:
Duties
- Lead client meetings and guide decision-making related to BIM deliverables.
- Develop and manage BIM Project Execution Plans, including collaboration, documentation, monitoring, and workflows to align with project requirements.
- Work closely with project teams to resolve BIM-related technical issues and support BIM implementation.
- Set and monitor guidelines for internal and external model exchanges among project stakeholders.
- Establish processes and workflows to ensure efficient delivery of BIM project deliverables.
- Coordinate with other trades and teams to support BIM software integration and cross-team collaboration.
- Oversee BIM coordination, manage data sets, document meetings, and ensure timely resolution of issues by the design team.
Requirements
- Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module.
- Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
- Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.
