Job Description
- Perform front desk reception duty
- Handle all incoming calls timely and professionally
- Attend to customers/ walk-in guests/ vendors in a professional and warm manner
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mails
- Posting, distribution and sorting of mails, parcels, couriers
- Manage ordering of lunch process from taking orders to vendor payment
- Filing and sorting of overtime request forms and leave related documents
- Entry officer for e-leave on behalf of foreign workers
- Assist on ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Requirement
- Minimum GCE āNā level
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience
- Computer literate; experience in Microsoft Office
- Pleasant disposition and customer service oriented
- Able to work independently with initiative and accountability
