Core responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes and administration support. This role is crucial to the success of the company, ensuring a productive and happy workplace where everyone works towards the company’s mission and objectives.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues and nurture a positive working environment.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees
  • Coordinate monthly subcontracted payroll with payroll vendor (Payroll instructions, supporting documents, OT reports and other changes to employee master list as required from time to time)
  • Apply and manage the Company’s Performance Appraisal and KPI applications and ensure full compliance by all Managers
  • Identify training needs and register suitable training programs for employees
  • Handle project travel management, visa matters, liaison with IT vendor, liaison with landlord and contractors, office administration, keeping track and maintaining company properties and contract negotiation and finalization.
  • Approve applicable documentation and expenditure in accordance with financial approval matrix.
  • Assist in organization's hiring needs, on boarding and maintain employee records
  • Handle payroll matters which include but not limited to overtime entitlement and pay, employees’ claim reimbursement, leave and attendance records, HRIS support, etc.
  • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Organize Company-related activities such as group meetings and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate work relating to Company’s BizSAFE, ISO Certification, PDPA requirements.

Job Specifications

• 5 years relevant experiences.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.

• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint will be a key advantage
