What you'll be doing
- Build and manage robust, scalable and delightful products that align with company mission
- Develop a deep understanding of blockchain industry trend and competitive landscape; discover insights and identify opportunities to develop competitive products to drive growth
- Clearly define product objectives, value propositions, scope, milestones and success metrics. Document requirements and acceptance criteria to ship the right products
- Exercise good product thinking and judgment to manage product development and lifecycle, coordinate teams and resources and follow through from ideation, development, testing, release management and rollout
- Own and track product success metrics, manage product feedback loop for improvement
What we look for in you
- 5+ years' experience of working as a Product Manager in mobile applications, software development or internet industry
- A solid understanding of Product and Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Significant in developing product and marketing strategies and effectively communicating recommendations to executive management
- Strong problem solving skills and high sense of responsibility
- Strong ability of working effectively with cross functional teams/stakeholder management on site and remotely
- Honest, clear-minded, self-driven, team player, and always eager to learn
What are nice to have
- Passion, knowledge and activities on blockchain ecosystem
- Experience in mulit-national corporations and fluent in two or more languages
- Hold crypto assets in decentralized blockchains and active users of DeFi
