JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure that the assigned place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times.
- Perform general cleaning duties as assigned by reporting line manager.
- Clean and wash glassware, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and other kitchen utensils according to performance standards.
- Empty rubbish bins according to scheduled garbage runs.
- Adhere to the opening and closing procedures established for the department.
- Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all cleaning procedures, use of dishwashing/glasswasher machines and the type of chemicals to be used.
- Treat all operating equipment and supplies carefully to minimise damage and reduce wastage.

- Flexi working hours of between 20 and 30 hours per week over a 5-day work week.
