Responsibilities:
- Guide Property Officers on estate management, including maintenance, improvements, conservancy, horticulture, and arrears management.
- Build and maintain partnerships with agencies and grassroots organizations.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure improvement works meet standards.
- Lead the team in daily estate management operations.
- Perform any assigned ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Dipoma or Degree in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in estate management and managing township properties.
- Entry Level are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
