Your ‘day to day’
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for driving process excellence initiatives, cashflow planning and management, ensuring implementation of internal controls framework, adherence to regulatory guidelines.
More specifically, you'll
- Ensure business processes align with needs of new markets through partnerships with consultants
- Ensure implementation and adherence to internal controls frameworks impacting organization profitability, customer & supplier experience
- Ensure real-time financial statements like balance sheet, P&L accounts, cash flow statements, and income statements are available for business decision making
- Coordinate financial activities to ensure effective protection of the company assets value through established internal controls and accounting procedures
- Evaluate strength and thoroughness of compliance preparations, security policies and risk management procedures
- And all of these with exposure to multiple markets in South East Asia and exposure to working with folks from multiple cultures
Who we’re looking for
- CPA + MBA from premier institutes (preferred) or equivalent skills through demonstrated experience.
- Substantial experience in finance function and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of logistics industry is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
