Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop design and technical specifications of projects
- Prepare tender documents for bidding and submissions to authorities (Risk assessments, Method statements etc.)
- Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
- Conduct site checks on repair works in building structures
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)
Job Requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering discipline preferably recognized by PEB
- At least 8 years of working experience in related field
