Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visualize and map business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for consistent practices across departments.
  • Lead automation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and paperless processes.
  • Define performance indicators and regularly review them to enhance operational efficiency
  • Implement a culture of continuous improvement using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle across local entities.
  • Regularly review processes and propose improvements based on performance data.
  • Facilitate ongoing training for staff on new systems, improvement methodologies, and leadership skills.
  • Promote the use of digital communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams) to enhance teamwork and information sharing.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, focusing on information security.
  • Regularly audit and update compliance processes in response to business and legal changes.
  • Implement and maintain a knowledge management system to accumulate and share internal knowledge across the region.
  • Standardize document creation, storage, version control, and archiving processes to improve efficiency and security.

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in business process improvement and quality management (ISO/QS).
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems and business standardization.
  • Expertise in IT systems (ERP, CRM) and digital tools for process optimization.
  • Strong data analysis and evaluation skills.
  • Familiarity with legal regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and training abilities.
  • Experience in change management and cultural adaptability in a regional/global setting.
